The property is located in the municipality of Granada, and has agricultural characteristics. The total extension is approx. 115 Mz. It has altitudes less than 200 meters above sea level, temperatures between 26 and 28 degrees and with rainfall around 2000mm. in the rainy season.
The main activity in the region where the farm is located is livestock, with the presence of forest farms and small-scale agriculture, such as sorghum, citrus, grass and of course tourist activities because it is so close to the Pan-American Highway (less than 1km to the east) , Granada and the lagoon (less than 3Km).
The property has access to drinking water, electricity and of course a network signal for cell phones and internet.
The farm has a 15 Mz Teak plantation of about 13 years old, with approximately 7,400 plants that may be averaging 18 to 20 inches DBH and heights of 12 meters on average. This plantation is duly registered with INAFOR and has all the permits in order for its proper exploitation.
The farm is mainly used for dairy farming and at this time it may have about 60 head of cattle (not included in the prices but negotiable). For which it has plantations of Marafalfa improved pasture of approximately 15 blocks, it has a house for the caretaker, stables, cattle feeders, well house and concrete piles and an artisan well with its respective submersible pump and solar panels for its functioning.
