Important Information and Policies
To ensure a fair and sustainable experience, we have the following policies in place:
- Energy Consumption: The daily rate includes a generous allowance of 30 kWh of electricity, sufficient for normal and comfortable use over a 24-hour period.
- Excess Usage: To promote responsible energy use and prevent waste (such as leaving air conditioners running with doors open), any consumption exceeding 30 kWh per day will be billed at $0.50 per additional kWh.
- Transparent Monitoring: We will take a meter reading with you at check-in and check-out to ensure complete transparency.
Price per night: $470.00 (minimum stay of 2 nights)
