The Carretera Sur, is one of the most important roads in Managua, as it is the main road that connects the city with the department of Le\u00f3n. The road starts from the connection with the Pan-American Highway in the Department of Managua, just outside the limits of the city of Managua, near the Laguna de Nejapa.<\/p>\r\n

Today, the Carretera Sur has been developing, finding several residential and condominiums such as: San Patricio Reparto, Monte Fresco Reparto, Isabel Condominium, Lomas del Sur Reparto, Las Acacias Reparto, Santa Maria de Monte Tabor Reparto, Serran\u00edas Reparto, Altos de Ticomo Urbanization, Ticomo Sur Urbanization, El Carmen Reparto, Las Palmeras Condominium, Foresta Condominium, Santa Anita Condominium, El Pedernal Condominium, Wheelock Colony, Las Jinotepes Urbanization, La Veranera Condominium, Altos de San Pedro Urbanization, Samarkan Condominiums, La Calzada Condominium, El Sosiego Urbanization, Carolina Urbanization, El Rosal Urbanization, among others.<\/p>\r\n

In the area we find study centers such as Colegio San Jose de Calasanz, Colegio Alem\u00e1n, among others.<\/p>\r\n
