What are the requirements to register a Purchase of a Property according to the Public Registry of Nicaragua?

The acquisition of a property in Nicaragua must be formalized through a public deed prepared by a notary incorporated and authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice, together with this deed must be submitted to the Land Registry Municipal Solvency (Proof of payment of the Property Tax), Appraisal of property and Payment of transmission tax and Cadastral Certificate, which is a document that includes the physical data of the property, such as location and area, according to the official cartography.
